Homemade hot chocolate with milk thistle recipe

My new morning zen-drink.
2-3 scoops of dark Belgian chocolate from ground chocolate chips
1 scoop of white Belgian chocolate from ground white chocolate chips
boiling water
splash of whipping cream
1 scoop of ground seed of milk thistle
I mix everything together right in a cup. Ground chocolate chips dissolve almost instantly in water.
Milk thistle and small particles of undissolved chocolate make a rich sediment, and are so tasty to scoop out with a spoon at the end.
I was worried about gaining weight, but I actually lost 3 lb since I started drinking it about 2 months ago. In the meantime, it seems to provide more energy and bliss in the morning than coffee.
